Ready to make some changes?
Are you at a point in your life where you are unhappy? Maybe there are a few things in your life that are really putting a damper on who you really want to be. It could be your job, your weight, your faith (or lack thereof)...maybe you've had something devastating happen in your life and you just don't know how to come back from it. Well, I've been there and if it's one thing I've learned it's that "If nothing changes, nothing changes." I don't know who the first person was to say that, but they must have known a little something about life. The only true thing in life that we can count on is change. We are all in a constant state of change. And thank goodness for that! Things that don't change eventually become stagnant and die. Change is inevitable. And change is much easier to accept when we are the ones choosing when those changes happen in our lives, to some extent at least. I have been through a lot in my life. I am a busy mom of 7 children, an Army Wife, and a business owner. I wear many hats, am grateful for each and every one of them, but still find myself at times wondering if there is more I could be doing with my life. I started making changes, ever so slightly at first, and then gradually moving onto bigger and better things. I started praying more, spending more time just being silly with my kids, slowing down and really taking a look at nature and all God has given us...and being more grateful for it all. I started feeling more peaceful; less stressed. I started exercising and losing weight. I started feeling better about myself and my life in general. My life's purpose became more clear. I could focus on the task at hand and know that I was centered and present in all things. I'd love the opportunity to share with you some of the things I do in my every day life that help me remain at peace, reach my goals, and live a healthier and more full and rewarding life. There are no programs to buy, no "click here for this webinar" tabs...just words, thoughts, and hopefully inspiration that will help you on your journey through life. It is said that "Many hands lighten the load." The same can be said for life experiences. If we share our life experiences, the good and the bad, we have an opportunity to make life a little easier for one another...and who wouldn't love that, right?
